We can arrange all your entertainment and food and provide a hassle free, enjoyable, fun and wild or sophisticated evening. We require a £300.00 holding, fully refundable deposit in order for us to reserve your space at Viva Viva.

Adult Party Hire

Half Venue

Half Venue can seat 30-40
FREE for parties of 30-40 people
For parties under 30 people there is a £50 hire charge of the area.
Minimum spend needs to be £15.50 a head for half venue hire.

Full Venue

Sunday Afternoon between 4 and 7pm FREE with a minimum spend of £600.
Sunday-Thursday Evening Minimum spend is £1000 (can be more depending on date requested).
We may require you to pay for security on the door depending on day of week and time of year. Security charge is £60.
Friday and Saturday Nights £100 hire charge plus a minimum spend of £2000 for food and drink (can be more depending on time of year) + £60 for door security fee which ensures our premises are looked after and the public do not enter your party.

Full Venue + Entertainment

We can give a quote for the venue plus entertainment depending on your requirements, for example, DJ, Jazz duo, Funk Band, Spanish Flamenco guitar, Covers Band, Salsa Band etc We have some fantastic bands on our books. You are also welcome to bring your own entertainment but we may charge you a fee for use of our equipment.

Food

Price per head for parties ranges from £15.50 to £25 Please call 0208 340 5588 or email info@viva-viva.co.uk for further details. We can also work out a menu depending on the budget you have for food. Just ask!

Children's Party Hire

There is no hire charge for parties of under 20 children if you do not wish to have exclusive access to ViVa ViVa. Mon-Sun between 10am and 7pm only

Half Venue £50.00

Entertainment: We can give you a fee for entertainment depending on your requirements eg. balloon modeling, clowns, face painting, puppets, magic etc.

Full Venue £100.00

Entertainment: We can give you a fee for entertainment you require depending on your requirements
